FEEDING DIRECTIONS: SUPREME

Feed at regular times, at least twice daily with three daily feedings preferred. Feed according to the amounts shown below based on the weight of your horse and their performance level.

MAINTENANCE HORSES:

Feed Buckeye Supreme at the rate of 0.5% of bodyweight per day with hay or pasture.

PERFORMANCE HORSES:

Feed Buckeye Supreme to performance horses at a rate of 0.5 to 1.25% of bodyweight depending on the activity level, the physiological status, and the condition of the horse.

PREGNANT MARES:

Feed Buckeye Supreme at the rate of 0.6% to 0.75% of bodyweight per day with hay or pasture.

LACTATING MARES:

Feed Buckeye Supreme at the rate of 1.25% to 1.50% of bodyweight per day with hay or pasture.

GROWING HORSES:

Feed Buckeye Supreme at the rate of 1.0% to 1.5% of bodyweight per day with hay or pasture.   

BREEDING STALLIONS:

Feed Buckeye Supreme at the rate of 0.75% to 1.0% of bodyweight per day with hay or pasture.

Feed a minimum of 1% of body weight of good quality hay or its equivalent amount as pasture.

Allow the horse access to free choice Buckeye Harvest Salt and the appropriate Buckeye Horse Mineral:

•  Buckeye Grass Plus Mineral Vitamin Mix

or

2) Buckeye Alfa Plus Mineral Vitamin Mix.
